Macaroni with garlic and olive oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red peppers, from the jar
  • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Finely chop garlic cloves and sauté in olive oil until golden brown. Season with salt. Halve the pepper, remove the stems, deseed, and cut into small pieces. Add with the parsley and sauté briefly. Toss the pasta with the garlic sauce.
