Maccaronelli Salad with Wave Skewers

  • 3 Schnitzel from the upper shell
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 0,5 teel. Chilli flakes
  • 1 teel. Rose pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 0,5 teel Sugar
  • 1 tuber Solo garlic
  • Salt

  • 150 g Maccoronelli
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 50 ml. Rapeseed oil
  • 4 Radish
  • Chives fresh
  • 2 Eggs boiled
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 1 teel. Mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  1. Prepare the skewers one day in advance. Cut the schnitzel into four pieces and place them in a wave shape on the skewers. Peel the solok garlic, cut in half and cut into fine slices. Mix the oil with the remaining ingredients (except salt), add the garlic and marinate the skewers in the oil mixture overnight.
