Hello dear newlyweds Claudi & Karl, we want to contribute to the culinary delights of your everyday married life with our usual delicious ingredients. Years of experience characterize this fabulous dish. Equipment: * small pan → for the brown butter * medium pot → for the noodles * of course… Maggi bottle → I wonder what that’s for! Let’s get started! 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and a few loving squirts of Maggi to color the water nicely. Smells wonderful and whets your appetite. 2. Cook the pasta in the super water as desired, then drain. 3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the pan and heat until it is light golden brown. Be careful not to burn it. A little tip: remove the pan from the heat as soon as it starts to brown. 4. Pour brown butter over the noodles and season with plenty of Maggi. Now stir the delicious mixture. 5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. The indicator for best flavor is a wonderful golden color on the Maggi noodles. If you haven’t achieved the desired Maggi effect yet, you can always add more seasoning to your liking. Enjoy, and may your marriage always be warm, simple, and delicious. Variations by Mausbär (approved): + Ketchup as desired + Grated cheese (Parmesan, Gouda, or whatever you like) + Hollandaise sauce combined with fried ham cubes + Fried sausages with garlic.
