Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. large shell pasta)
- 500 g minced beef
- 3 tbsp Maggi
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 tbsp oil
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the noodles as usual and fry the ground beef in oil until nicely browned (but not too long). Then drain the noodles and place them in a large salad bowl. Add the ground beef and the sliced spring onions, add the oil and Maggi, and stir everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
