Magic semolina

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml milk (0.3% or 1.5%)
  • 20 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • ½ tsp baking powder and 1 pinch guar gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, bring the milk to a boil with the sweetener (I use 10-15 tablets for this amount). Weigh the semolina and pour it into the pot, then bring back to a boil briefly while stirring. Remove from the heat, let it cool slightly, add the baking powder and guar gum, and quickly beat with a mixer until frothy. Enjoy cold or warm. Fresh fruit like apples, bananas, or cherries go well with this. If you like, you can also add cinnamon, cocoa powder, or baking flavoring.
