Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 pinches of mustard
- 1 pinch of salt

with mushrooms, cocktail tomatoes and sunflower seeds
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Wash the cherry tomatoes and quarter them. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Place the lamb’s lettuce in a salad bowl. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the edge and place the mushrooms in the center. Toast the sunflower seeds in a little oil in a non-stick pan. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the salad dressing and season to taste. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the salad and stir in the dressing just before serving.
