  • 400 grams of ripe bananas
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 50 milliliters of cream

How to make banana ice cream

To make the egg, follow these steps:

  1. First cut the bananas into small pieces.
  2. Then squeeze the lemon and put the lemon juice in a bowl together with the banana pieces and the yogurt.
  3. Now puree the ingredients well and then add the powdered sugar and the cream. Mix the ingredients well together again and then pour the mixture into a container.
  4. Then place the container in the freezer for at least four hours. Stir the ice cream every half hour or so to prevent ice crystals from forming.
