Your homemade face mask for normal skin

Mix three teaspoons of cottage cheese with two teaspoons of lemon juice. This mixture contains a blend of nutrients that has antioxidant properties and contributes to normal tissue function. Quark contains vitamin B2, which combines both properties. Lemon juice, on the other hand, is rich in vitamin C, which also fulfills both functions. Leave the homemade skin care on for 15 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Your homemade face mask for mature skin

Mix one egg yolk with two teaspoons of almond flour and a pinch of yeast. Each of these ingredients has antioxidant properties. That means: The signs of skin aging are combated. To cope with this task, dry yeast is rich in zinc and contains manganese. Both nutrients counteract antioxidant stress. Eggs, on the other hand, contain vitamins E and B2, which also protect the skin cells from free radicals. Fine almond flour fulfills the same task with vitamin E, zinc, copper, and manganese. Your homemade avocado face mask for dry skin

Mix three teaspoons of olive oil with the mashed flesh of half an avocado.
The valuable fats in these two ingredients cement the porous lipid film of the tissue so that your skin no longer dries out.

Leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water.
