- Then add the milk and mix well.
- Now whip the cream until stiff and fold this into the mixture as well.
- Then pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer.
- After that, stir the mixture every half hour or so to prevent ice crystals from forming. After about six hours, the ice cream should be ready.

- If you want to make your own sugar-free strawberry ice cream, you can puree about 80 grams of strawberries and add them to the mixture.

- For a delicious nut ice cream, you can add about 50 grams of nut butter to the basic recipe. So you can make pistachio, peanut, or hazelnut ice cream yourself.
