How to prepare Spicy Mayo
Spicy Mayo tastes great with sushi, poke bowl, and fries. Add the sauce to any dish that could use a bit of seasoning.
- For the basic recipe, all you need is mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Instead of the sriracha sauce, you can also usechilii powder. Optionally use garlic powder and salt.
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl with the sriracha sauce ochilili powder. Add enough of the sauce or powder to make it hot enough for you.
- Mix well until you get a smooth sauce.
- Taste the sauce and add additional ingredients to taste. Store the Spicy Mayo in the refrigerator.
