Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g salt
- 1 kg pork, shoulder, belly or lean meat, as you like.
- ½ g nutmeg, grated
- 1 g marjoram, shredded
- ½ g caraway powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 g pepper, white, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The meat must be absolutely fresh! Put the meat through the meat grinder, add the spices, mix everything well, and season to taste. At the table, I always add a little Maggi and diced onions.
