Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g leek
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 120 g white cabbage
- 20 g butter
- 75 g tomatoes
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 30 g herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 slice(s) toast bread (butter toast)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Small portion, well suited as a starter
Slice the leek, garlic, and white cabbage into strips and sauté in butter. Add the tomatoes, pour in the vegetable stock, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Blend with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the toast in the toaster. Garnish the soup with a few strips of white cabbage.
