Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sheet cake

Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Finally, add the baking powder and flour and mix well. Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet. Drain the mandarins and press them into the batter. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Then place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
