Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g turkey schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler,) grated
- 200 g cream
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Rinse the meat briefly under cold water and pat dry. Pound it briefly on both sides with a meat tenderizer. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them in a greased baking dish. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the meat and pour over the cream. Bake at approximately 175°C for about 30 minutes. You can grill the meat for a few minutes at the end to allow the cheese to brown nicely. We always serve rice and vegetables as a side dish.
