  • 45 g Sunflower seeds
  • 125 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Linseed
  • 35 g Grated hazelnut
  • 28 g Grated apple
  • 20 g Oatmeal
  • 20 g Rapeseed oil
  • 20 g Liquid blossom honey
  • 260 g Water
  • 25 g Chia seeds
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it evenly into a rectangle.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Then divide into 40 equal pieces and place in the warm oven for another 10 minutes (oven is off).
  6. Then let cool down well.
