Small Nut Bars Low Carb

- 45 g Sunflower seeds
- 125 g Ground almonds
- 40 g Linseed
- 35 g Grated hazelnut
- 28 g Grated apple
- 20 g Oatmeal
- 20 g Rapeseed oil
- 20 g Liquid blossom honey
- 260 g Water
- 25 g Chia seeds
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it evenly into a rectangle.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Then divide into 40 equal pieces and place in the warm oven for another 10 minutes (oven is off).
- Then let cool down well.
