Mango-avocado mousse garnished with dark chocolate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 small mango(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 3 pieces of chocolate, 80% cocoa content
  • 1 tsp erythritol (sugar substitute), if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Easy to prepare, low in sugar

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Peel the mango and dice the flesh. Place both in a bowl along with the lemon juice and natural yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of Xucker, if desired, and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Divide the cream among dessert bowls. Finely chop the dark chocolate with a knife. Sprinkle it over the cream as a garnish. The dessert is ready to serve.
