Ingredients
- 500 g Tuna
- 1 Pc. Fresh mango
- 2 Pc. Avocados
- 2 Pc. Squeezed oranges
- 4 tbsp Granulated Dijon mustard
- 1 Pc. Squeezed lemon
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 Pc. Spring onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red chilli flakes
- Cress
Instructions
Mango-avocado-tuna tartare:
- Finely dice the tuna, avocado and mango. Cut the spring onions into small rings and mix with the tuna.
- Season the whole thing with salt, pepper and a little chilli and add some of it to the tuna, the rest will later be used as a sauce.
- To serve, layer the avocado, mango and tuna in a tower. Drizzle with sauce and top with the cress.
