Mango compote à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s), ripe, peeled, flesh diced
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 50 g sugar up to 75 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring water and sugar to a boil, add mango cubes, bring back to a boil and cook over low heat until soft.
