Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large mango(s)
- 6 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- 330 ml buttermilk (sheep’s buttermilk)
- 200 ml Greek yogurt (sheep’s yogurt)
- 500 ml mineral water, medium
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
refreshing and delicious, without cow’s milk
Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and chop into large pieces. Place the mango pieces in a 1.5-liter blender. Add the sugar, cardamom, clove powder, buttermilk, and yogurt and blend. Then top up the mixture with the mineral water and blend briefly again.
