Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 100 g sugar (brown rock candy)
  • ¼ liter rum, 38%

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango and cut it into pieces, place it in a bulbous bottle with the vanilla pod, add the rock candy, and pour over the rum. Let the liqueur mature for about 6 weeks, then strain into a bottle.
