Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 mangoes, ripe
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 400 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the stone, chop finely, and puree. Stir in the sugar, rum, and lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mango mixture. Refrigerate the cream until ready to serve. If desired, garnish with mango wedges.
