Jam: Raspberry Jam
The perfect jam: raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 kg Raspberries fresh
- 1,5 kg Extra fine sugar
- 1,5 kg Lemon juice
- Put the raspberries (cleaned) in a saucepan, pour the sugar over them, add a little lemon juice and slowly heat the whole thing.
- Let everything stir gently for about 5 minutes and then pour into clean glasses, wipe the edges, screw tight and turn upside down for the first 15 minutes, then straighten the glasses and let them cool down.
- Here in the container is a “sample” for the breakfast table ;-))) mmmmhhh … plus a fresh roll, preferably even baked yourself ;-))
