Jam: Raspberry Jam

The perfect jam: raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 kg Raspberries fresh
  • 1,5 kg Extra fine sugar
  • 1,5 kg Lemon juice
  1. Put the raspberries (cleaned) in a saucepan, pour the sugar over them, add a little lemon juice and slowly heat the whole thing.
  2. Let everything stir gently for about 5 minutes and then pour into clean glasses, wipe the edges, screw tight and turn upside down for the first 15 minutes, then straighten the glasses and let them cool down.
  3. Here in the container is a “sample” for the breakfast table ;-))) mmmmhhh … plus a fresh roll, preferably even baked yourself ;-))
