Banana, Mandarin and Raspberry Jam

The perfect banana, mandarin and raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 5 Mandarins
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. First, the mandarins are juiced.
  1. Now peel the bananas and cut or break them into pieces.
  1. Now put the raspberries (frozen or fresh) with the juice and the bananas in a saucepan and let them steep with the preserving sugar.
  1. Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. If you like, you can go through it again with the blender.
  1. Now quickly pour everything into prepared glasses.
