Banana, Mandarin and Raspberry Jam

- 4 Ripe bananas
- 5 Mandarins
- 150 g Raspberries
- 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
- First, the mandarins are juiced.
- Now peel the bananas and cut or break them into pieces.
- Now put the raspberries (frozen or fresh) with the juice and the bananas in a saucepan and let them steep with the preserving sugar.
- Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. If you like, you can go through it again with the blender.
- Now quickly pour everything into prepared glasses.
