Ingredients
 

  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 5 Mandarins
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions
 

  • First, the mandarins are juiced.
  • Now peel the bananas and cut or break them into pieces.
  • Now put the raspberries (frozen or fresh) with the juice and the bananas in a saucepan and let them steep with the preserving sugar.
  • Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. If you like, you can go through it again with the blender.
  • Now quickly pour everything into prepared glasses.
