Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 300g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- e.g. basil, fresh leaves, for decoration

A delight for the palate and the eye
Peel the mango and carefully remove the stone with a knife. Slice it. Halve and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella as well. Arrange the mango, tomatoes, and mozzarella alternately in a brick-like pattern on a flat platter. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper together and drizzle over the tomatoes and mozzarella with a teaspoon. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
