Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 35 g cornstarch
- 350 ml milk
- 100 g cream
- 25 g vanilla sugar
- ½ lemon(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the mango, bring to a boil with lemon juice, powdered sugar, and freshly squeezed orange juice, and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little milk in a cup. Stir 2 teaspoons of this into the mango mixture at the end and bring to a boil briefly to thicken. Then puree everything in a blender. Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla sugar in a saucepan, add the cornstarch, and bring to a boil. Let cool slightly. Layer the mango puree with the pudding in glasses.
