Mango Yogurt Dessert
The perfect mango yogurt dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Ripe mango approx. 500 g
- 1 Yogurt 1.5% 500 g
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- 4 Peppermint tips
- 4 Lemon wedges
- Peel the mango with the peeler, remove the core, dice and puree with the hand blender. Add yogurt (500 g), lemon juice (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp), cinnamon (1 tsp) and amaretto (4 tbsp) and mix briefly. Fill into dessert bowls, garnish with peppermint tips and lemon wedges and serve.
