Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g pear(s), peeled and pitted
  • 500 g pineapple pulp
  • some ginger, grated
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 2 carnations

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Dice the pears and pineapple flesh and mix with a little ginger, the cloves, and the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil gently for about 3 minutes. Remove the cloves, fill jars, and seal.
