quick, easy, delicious

Whisk the margarine with the sugar and spices. Gradually add the eggs. Only when the egg mixture is smooth, sift in the flour and baking powder. While continuing to beat, add the 6 tablespoons of milk. Divide the dough in half and stir the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and 4 tablespoons of milk into one half. Pour the light and dark dough alternately into a greased, crumbled dish. Use a spoon or skewer to draw a pattern through the dough several times to create a more attractive pattern. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C to 200°C for about 60 minutes. Once cooled, turn out of the dish and dust with powdered sugar. Tip: Chopped almonds or nuts refine the dough.
