Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, sift them into the sugar mixture, and stir them in. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Make a crumble from the butter, sugar, flour, and cocoa powder and spread it over the batter. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
