Marble Ring Cake

The perfect marble ring cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Flour or a little more if necessary
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 250 g Melted margarine
  • 1 P. Vanillin
  • 1 P. Baking powder
  • 0,5 Glass Milk
  • 2 P. Cocoa powder cup drink
  1. Process all ingredients except the cocoa powder into the batter.
  1. Then fill 2/3 of the batter into a greased bundt cake pan and mix 1/3 of the batter with the cocoa powder and pour over the light batter.
  1. Use a fork to cross the dough in a reverse direction, so that a kind of pattern is created inside the cake. Bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
