Marinate chili mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 23 minutes

Tapas, mushroom salad

Wash the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and blanch them in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain well and squeeze the liquid out with your hands. Chop them finely and place them in a large bowl. Finely chop the garlic clove and coarsely chop the parsley, and slice the chili pepper into rings. Season to taste with the wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Let it stand and marinate for about 6 hours, or overnight if desired. Season again with salt and pepper and a little sugar, if desired.
