Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 6 pieces of cheese, goat cheese slices (40 g each)
  • grapes
  • breadsticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Combine honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place the goat cheese slices in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. If time permits, cover with cling film and marinate overnight. Serve the goat cheese with grapes and breadsticks.
