  • 6 cl elderflower liqueur (Saint-Germain liqueur)
  • 5 almonds, chopped
  • 1 scoop of sorbet (elderflower sorbet)

Peel the melon slices thinly. Marinate the melon in Saint-Germain liqueur. Arrange the melon on a dessert plate. Place a scoop of elderflower sorbet on top. Garnish the dessert with chopped almonds.
