Marinated Neck Steaks …
The perfect marinated neck steaks … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pork neck steaks
For marinating:
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine
- 1 teaspoon Shish kebab spice
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 0,5 kl. Chopped onion
Aside from that:
- 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
- 1 Onion in strips
- 1 tablespoon Roasted onions dry
- 150 ml Meatsoup
- 2 tablespoon Red wine
- 2 tablespoon Mixed cornstarch
- Pepper and salt
- 2 Splash Tabasco
- Chopped parsley until smooth
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together, brush the steaks with them and sprinkle with a little parsley. Cover with foil and let rest for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees using a suitable mold. Heat the oil in a pan for frying and fry the steaks briefly on both sides, let the raw onion strips sear on the side, then immediately transfer the steaks to the oven dish to cook.
- Now put the fried onions in the roasting area of the pan and fry them briefly, deglaze with the stock and red wine and boil thoroughly once. If necessary, thicken with a little cornstarch and season with pepper, salt and Tabasco to taste.
- Serve the steaks with the sauce with small parsley potatoes. Today I had my beloved “fried chicory” as a side dish. The recipe is already here in the cookbook. Fried chicory …
