Marinated pork ribs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg thick pork ribs
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp five-spice powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. Cut the ribs into portions and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 2 hours, but overnight is even better. Cook either in the oven at 160-180°C (320-350°F), depending on your oven, or outdoors on the grill.
