Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- ½ liter white wine
- 2 tsp marjoram
- 2 tsp clove(s), ground
- 2 tsp coriander, ground
- Pepper, white
- 2 onions, sliced
- ¼ liter meat broth
- 1 liter of sweet cream
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Bring the ingredients to a boil and let cool. Pour over the schnitzel and let it marinate for about 24 hours, turning occasionally. Pat the meat dry and brown it in butter. Pour in the strained marinade and meat broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the cream and thicken with a sauce thickener. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
