Marinated shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 large shrimp
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic, sliced
  • some lime juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the shrimp and remove the guts. Drizzle with a little lime juice. Mix together the olive oil, salt, chili, garlic, and herbs. Stir in the shrimp and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the shrimp and fry. Finally, press the pickled garlic through and spread it on top. Immediately remove the pan from the heat. Serve with baguette.
