Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 Camembert(s), (e.g. Rougette)
  • 50 ml beer (pilsner)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (e.g. Exquisa with yogurt)
  • 50 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds, ground in a mortar
  • Sea salt, fine
  • black pepper
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tear the Camembert into pieces and place in a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork. Add the beer, cream cheese, and yogurt to the Camembert in the bowl. Mix everything well and mash. The mixture should be creamy, but still slightly chunky. Add a little more beer, if desired, depending on your taste and consistency. Add the paprika and caraway seeds, and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Finely chop the chives. Add both to the bowl and stir in. Let the mixture sit for at least half an hour before serving.
