Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bottles of red wine, e.g. Dornfelder, dry
  • 1 bottle of red wine, e.g. Dornfelder, sweet
  • ½ bottle of rum, 54%
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 40 coffee beans
  • 500 g rock candy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Homemade red wine-based liqueur

Mix all ingredients and let it steep for 10 days. Stir daily.
