Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup(s) coffee, strong (double espresso, espresso cups!)
  • 2 cup(s) milk, hot (espresso cups!)
  • possibly cinnamon or Kaba

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the hot milk into a large mug, stir in one marshmallow until creamy, then add the other marshmallow. Stir again until a creamy foam forms. Then pour in the double shot of espresso. You can now sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder, if desired, but first taste how the marshmallow cappuccino tastes on its own.
