Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g chocolate (dark)
- 200 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 200 g marzipan paste
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 300 g sugar
- 50 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Combine the flour, sugar, butter, oil, and eggs. Add the melted chocolate and mix. Crumble the marzipan mixture into small pieces and mix in. Beat vigorously. (This works best in a food processor!) The marzipan should dissolve as much as possible! Crumble the amaretti biscuits into a freezer bag and add them to the batter. Spread the batter into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
