Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almond flakes
- 200 g powdered sugar, bought or homemade
- 30 ml rum, white or water

e.g. for marzipan potatoes
Knead the powdered sugar and flaked almonds in the Thermomix for 2 minutes on the dough setting. After about 1 minute, add the rum through the lid opening. For the perfect consistency, mix again for about 20 seconds on settings 6 to 7, then continue processing. Formed into small balls and rolled in cocoa powder, they make delicious marzipan potatoes. Decorations or figures with food coloring are also very easy to make. The marzipan mixture will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
