Marzipan Parfait
The perfect marzipan parfait recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Marzipan
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 2 cups Cream
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- Puree the marzipan with the amaretto
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, light yellow.
- Add the marzipan pulp and stir well.
- Beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Fold the egg white and cream into the egg yolk – marzipan mixture.
- Line a mold with cling film, pour in the mixture and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Let thaw for a few minutes before serving, turn out of the mold, cut into slices and serve.
- I had egg liqueur and Amarena cherries with it.
