Marzipan Parfait

The perfect marzipan parfait recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Marzipan
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  1. Puree the marzipan with the amaretto
  2. Separate eggs.
  3. Beat egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, light yellow.
  4. Add the marzipan pulp and stir well.
  5. Beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff.
  6. Whip the cream until stiff.
  7. Fold the egg white and cream into the egg yolk – marzipan mixture.
  8. Line a mold with cling film, pour in the mixture and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  9. Let thaw for a few minutes before serving, turn out of the mold, cut into slices and serve.
  10. I had egg liqueur and Amarena cherries with it.
