Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 12 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • 2 tsp mustard, grainy
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic clove(s)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • some salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Delicious dip!

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil and mix with the other ingredients and garlic to taste. Season with salt and pepper. This dip tastes best with pretzels.
