simple, delicious

First, mix the mascarpone, quark, and yogurt, ideally with a whisk to ensure the mixture is nice and smooth. Then add the vanilla sugar, vanilla bean pulp, and lemon juice. Whip the cream separately and fold it into the mixture. Place the berries (it’s best to thaw frozen ones a little beforehand) at the bottom of a mold or into small glasses. Then add the cream. Refrigerate the dessert until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top.
