Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 servings of mashed potatoes from the day before or freshly prepared
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 6 eggs
- 200 g cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
super quick and delicious
Pour the mashed potatoes into a casserole dish and mix with the sauerkraut. Using a tablespoon, make six wells in the mash and place an egg in each well. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the top and place the casserole in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
