Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes, boiled
  • 250 g vegetables, of your choice
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, of your choice
  • 50 g cooked ham, diced

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Waste recycling for the UltraPro 2 liter

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces along with the vegetables. Whisk together the sour cream, cream, eggs, and grated cheese and season with the spices. Add the finely chopped herbs. First, pour the potato and vegetable mixture into a lightly greased dish, then arrange the ham cubes on top. Pour the sour cream mixture over the mixture and bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
