Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml cream, sweet
- 100 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 3 sheets of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
with Japanese green tea powder
Take two tablespoons of milk and stir in the matcha powder until smooth. Heat the remaining milk with the cream and sugar until just boiling. Soak the gelatin in water, squeeze out the excess liquid, and dissolve it in the cream mixture while it’s still simmering. Stir in the matcha milk. Pour into dessert molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until stiff.
