Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 bars of chocolate (Milka Alpine Milk)
  • 520 g flour
  • 230 g butter
  • 340 g sugar
  • 60 g honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 36 minutes

Cookies with creamy chocolate filling

Preheat oven to 190°C. Break chocolate into whole or half pieces, as desired. Place flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl 1 and mix. Place butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and honey in bowl 2 and beat until creamy. Add eggs to bowl 2 and continue beating until creamy. Stir the flour mixture from bowl 1 into the mixture in bowl 2, one spoonful at a time. Cover each piece of chocolate with batter. Place a little batter around the chocolate and roll into a ball in your hand. Place the individual cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 6-7 minutes. The cookies are done and nice and soft if you remove them from the oven before they start to “color.” The honey helps them stay soft longer. You can also reheat the cookies later in the oven at about 50°C to re-liquefy the chocolate filling.
