Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Maultasche(s) of your choice
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 300 g vine tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic cream, optional

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super fast and super simple

First cut the Maultaschen into strips, then into larger cubes. Then fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, dice the cucumber and feta cheese and halve the tomatoes. Transfer everything to a bowl and drizzle with the salad dressing made from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Add the Maultaschen from the pan and serve immediately while they’re still warm. They’re also delicious cold! Tip: Drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar over the top—it looks great and tastes even better!
